• Read the TOS, then Submit your Application.

• You will receive a DM from I to confirm your commission request.

• A consult will take place(if it hasn't happened already), details of the requet and price will be confirmed

• You pay a $50 deposit via PayPal(if you need an alternative please ask). If your request is less than $50, full payment is due.

• You send all important data if applicable, or model reference images with front, side, and back angles.

• When payment is confirmed, Wynn will begin work on your request.

• Wait Time: I do have chronic illness and can take extra time to complete requests. I appreciate your patience, expect a 1-6 month wait though it can be done sooner. Please do not rush me, as rushing leads to mistakes and poor quality work. If you do, I may cancel your request.

• You will receive weekly updates on your request.

• When 50% of the work is done (I'll give you a heads up), 50% payment is due at this time.

• When the work is completed and you approve of the model preview, full payment will be due.

• When full payment is received you will receive your model via Google Drive.

• If necessary, report bugs or issues and I will continue to repair your model until satisfied.

• For waitlists: Waitlists can happen depending on demand. I will keep in contact with you if you are waitlisted and keep you updated on availability.

• You must be 18+ to commission BeoWynn.

• You may not use these models for bullying, racism, sexism, transphobia, ableism, or any other discriminatory acts toward a marginalized group, for cryptocurrency/blockchain/NFT. By doing so, any request will be canceled, any future commission requests will be denied. I may request you abstain from using the commissioned piece(s) and/or may be copyright striken from using the piece(s). You will not be entitled to any refunds.

• Reference sheets are mandatory, I will not work on a request without one.

• You must credit BeoWynn for their work.

• You MUST confirm your age with BeoWynn to make any NSFW request.

• For NSFW Requests: I can accommodate requests of genital parts that fall outside the strict male/female binary(as in Intersex bodies), but please note I will deny requests if I believe your request is fetishizing intersex bodies(Eg: Futanari).

• No major modifications to the mesh will be made after the model is rigged. If you insist this must be done there will be a $100 fee.

• BeoWynn can turn down a commission at any point before payment is accepted.

• BeoWynn is not responsible for the models' performance outside of their recommended programs list(as seen in FAQ).

• You are free to have other commission artists adjust the work I create but you still must credit me as I did still work on the request.

• Holiday Requests: Please contact me several months advance if you are requesting a Holiday outfit and provide a reference sheet of the outfit. I will not accept Holiday outfit commissions the month of.

• BeoWynn reserves the right to revoke permission to use any of their models at any time at their discretion.

• $50 deposit is non-refundable.

• If you are unsatisfied with my work or you wish to cancel your request, you will receive a refund of 50% of the cost of the request only if the request is less than 50% completed.

• If the request has been finished and the model has been sent to you with approval from you at the time it was handed over, the refund will be refused since I finished the work and it is unfair to refund a commission that was deemed completed. Keep in mind you may still be eligible for free fixes on your model.

• If for some reason I stop responding to a request which was in progress, have an emergency that causes a huge delay in the commission, or refuse to complete a request(without just cause), then you have the right to force a refund and cancel the request. I will always do my best to finish any and all requests and keep you up to date on the request's progress.

• If you force a refund from PayPal without the notice and approval, you will be blacklisted and barred from commissioning me in the future. I may also alert other commission artists of your behaviour. Simply let me know if you want a refund, and assuming you qualify for a refund, it will be discussed and taken care of.

• If your commission request is still active and you happen to suffer an emergency and need to cancel your request, you will receive a 100% refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) and my emotional support. You will not receive any model if you request this refund. I will put all progress on hold and keep all files for you should you wish to resume the commission at a later time.

• If you are found frauding your emergency situation or using a custom model I made after a refund took place, you will be blacklisted and barred from commissioning me in the future. I may also alert other commission artists of your behaviour to prevent art theft.

• Due to the rising popularity of VTubers having debuts and wanting their models to be private until the time of their debut, I will adhere to any NDA (Nondisclosure Agreement) request that you may have.

• Upon filing out the form please make note whether or not you need your request to be made private from the public. I may request that I be allowed to post updates on social media of the commission process if you do not have any NDA requests.

• Please Note: Just because your request is under NDA does not mean you do not have to credit me for my work.

• Transaction Privacy Policy: Any and all personal/private information given to me will never be shared with anyone else, and you are expected to do the same for me. I will respect your privacy to the fullest extent and will do everything in my power to prevent doxxing during the commission process. I will do my best to ensure the safety and protection of every client.

• Social Media Posting: Unless prior arrangements were made, NDA agreements will end within 60 days of Model Delivery, wherein I am free to post contents of my work to my social media accounts and website, because I am proud of my work and for portfolio purposes.
